We want you to love your items! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, an item can be returned if it meets the following requirements -
  • Returns must be sent back to us within 7 days of receipt. 
  • Items must be in their original condition, free from damage, odors, stains, packed in original packaging with receipt and tags attached. 
Discounted, special order, sale stock and sample sale items are not eligible for return.

Once your return is received, you’ll receive an email confirmation of receipt.  Returns that don't  meet the above requirements will be charged a restocking fee.  Once your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer and original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, our shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund. We are not responsible for returns that are lost, stolen or damaged during return shipping. We recommend you use a reputable shipping service and consider shipping insurance.


If you would like to exchange an item, please place a new order for the item you'd like before returning your original purchase. This ensures that your exchange item is sent as soon as possible. You can then send in your original purchase for a refund using the above procedure.
