Product

We are happy to gift wrap your order! We offer complimentary gift wrapping which includes a gift note. Simply contact us after purchase to give us all of the details.

Depending on current production schedules, out of stock items are usually available within 3 to 14 days. By providing your email in the "Notify me when this product is available" box on the product page, you’ll receive an email when the product is available. 

Not all items can be customized, but please send us an email here and tell us what you are looking for.

We suggest taking your item to a good cobbler or leather dealer for professional advice on cleaning. We recommend keeping leather away from water and moisture to avoid damage. Keep in mind that the beauty of leather is the natural aging process, as leather will change over time as it develops a beautiful patina and a personality of its own.

We do our best to ship your order out as quickly as possible. We ask that you carefully review your information when your order is placed as it cannot be changed once it is submitted. Please contact us here if you need more help with an order. 

Shipping

We offer free shipping using USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

We currently do not ship internationally, but are working on offering that service in the future. 

We generally ship in stock items within 3 to 5 working days.  We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.  You will receive an e-mail confirmation and tracking number once your order has shipped.  During the holiday season in stock items may take an additional 2 to 3 days to ship. 

We ship using either USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. USPS states that these services will deliver within 1 to 5 business days. These estimates are subject to change, please contact USPS for up to date delivery times. Delivery estimates are not guarantees of delivery dates.  Please see our Shipping page here for more shipping information.
